You enter the border region of the Spiritual Realm, the area that overlaps with your current plane. You remain in the Ethereal Boundary for the duration of the spell or until you use your action to dispel the spell. During this time you can move in any direction. If you move up or down, each step of movement costs an extra step. You can see and hear the plane from which it originates, but everything there will appear gray and nothing can be seen more than 60 feet away.
