Jarvan's royal guards believed they could handle that onslaught, but they were wrong. Sion slaughtered them, one by one, until only he and the king remained. Battered and exhausted, Sion continued the fight with the king. He battled Jarvan beyond the point of breaking and was finally bested... but not beaten.
