This spell assaults and distorts the minds of creatures, implanting delusions and causing uncontrolled actions in them. Each creature in a 10-foot radius sphere centered on a point of your choice within the spell's range must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw during the casting or be affected by Arcane Confusion, following the rules for that Distress and using your spell save DC for it.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using mana points equal to a spell of 5th level or higher, the sphere's radius increases by 5 feet for each level above 4th.
