You open your arms and a blast of chronal energy is projected from your chest in the form of a beam of pearly white energy with bluish veins. Choose a target you can see within range of the spell, they must make a Wisdom save. On a failure, the target receives 10d8 chronal damage, loses 5 feet of speed and cannot regain hit points for the next minute.
