When using the Reactor Core reaction, the extra damage caused becomes Runic.

Offensive Pulse. With an action and a use of this Rune, you emit an energy wave in a 15-foot radius around you that lasts for a number of rounds equal to your proficiency bonus. Enemies that enter or begin their turn in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw; on a failure, they take your proficiency bônus times your base Pulse dice in Runic damage. While the aura is active, all damage caused by effects emanating from this Runessence becomes magical.
