Choose a creature you can see within the spell's range. It must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 2d6 necrotic damage, and you regain hit points equal to half the amount of necrotic damage dealt. This spell does not affect constructs, undead, or plants.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell by expending Mana points equal to a spell of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each spell level above 1st.
