A hail of ice rocks crashes to the ground in a cylinder 20 feet in radius and 40 feet high, centered on a point within range. Each creature in the cylinder must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, an affected creature takes 2d8 bashing damage and 4d6 cold damage, or half as much on a success.
The hail turns the storm area into difficult terrain until the end of your next turn.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using mana points equivalent to a spell of 5th level or higher, the cold damage increases by 2d6 for each level above 4th. When cast as a spell of 5th level or higher, the cold damage becomes glacial.
