You take 1d10 points of damage that cannot be mitigated. Upon doing so, you turn into a pool of blood for 1 minute, along with everything you are wearing and carrying. While in this form, you cannot be targeted by attacks or heals, you are unaffected by area effects, you cannot take any actions, and your walking speed increases by 15 feet. You can still see and hear what's going on around you.
