You can blind or deafen an enemy. Choose a creature you can see within the spell’s range to make a Constitution saving throw. If it fails, the target is Blind or Deaf (your choice) for the duration of the spell. At the end of each of its turns, the target may make a Constitution saving throw. On a success, the spell ends.

When you cast this spell using mana points equivalent to a 3rd-level spell or higher, you can target one additional creature for each level above 2nd.
