You project a time bubble with a radius of 10 feet onto a point within the spell's range that you can see. Creatures that are in that area or start their turn within it must make a Wisdom save. On a failure, an affected creature becomes Petrified, and can repeat the save at the start of each of its turns to end this effect.

At the start of each of its turns, a creature Petrified in this way loses one tenth of its hit points to chronic damage. If a creature is Petrified for 5 turns, it also receives 1 level of Exhaustion.
