Sea Horse
Mounts are common in any region, but only Bilgewater has creatures as unique as sea horses. A blend of marine creature and equine, capable of moving nimbly on both land and water.

Characteristics
Amphibious. The Sea Horse can breathe both on land and underwater.
Charge. If the Sea Horse moves at least 30 feet toward an enemy creature, it can immediately make a Hooves attack roll; the enemy creature must then make a DC 13 Strength saving throw or fall Prone. If a creature is Prone, the Sea Horse can make a Hooves attack against it with a bonus action.
Abyssal Sight. The Sea Horse has advantage on Perception checks related to underwater sight. Additionally, it gains 15 feet of additional darkvision underwater.
Attacks
Hooves. Melee Natural Weapon Attack, +5 to hit, 5 ft. reach, one target. On a hit, deals 10 (2d6+3) Bludgeoning damage.
Runes
Runic Pulse: Onyx Pulse (regenerates 1 at the start of each turn, recovers 1d4 at the end of the round if it takes no damage)
