Raven of Secrets
The Fiend of secrets, Raum, manipulates a number of ravens as his familiars, able to see and learn everything they witness, letting him feed on and grow his power and influence. He shared this ability with a human who made a pact with this Fiend: Jericho Swain.

Characteristics
Fiendish Feeding. The Raven of Secrets feeds on the secrets of individuals, entering the minds of creatures to uncover them and instilling fear that they'll be discovered. Whenever any effect inflicts the Frightened condition or reads the mind of an enemy creature within 30 feet of the Raven of Secrets, the Raven of Secrets regains 1 hit point and gains 1 Emotion point
Upon reaching 4 Emotion points, the Raven of Secrets becomes Sated, having its size increased by one category, gaining 1 maximum hit point and healing by that same amount, dealing 1 additional damage die on all attacks and increasing the DC of its saving throws by 1
Disposable. The Raven of Secrets takes double damage from failed-save effects and spells, even if the roll succeeds
Mimic. The Raven of Secrets can imitate simple sounds it has heard, such as someone whispering, a child crying, or an animal's call. A creature that hears the sound can spot the imitation by succeeding on a DC 7 Insight check
Pack Tactics. The Raven of Secrets has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one allied creature is within 5 feet of that enemy creature.
Attacks
Beak. Melee Natural Weapon Attack, +4 to hit, 5 ft. reach, one target. On a hit, deals 3 (1d2+2) Piercing damage.
Fiendish Ray (2 uses). With a bonus action, the Raven of Secrets casts a ray of fiendish energy in a 20-foot line that hits the first enemy in the area; the creature hit must succeed on a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4 (1d4+2) Shadow damage on a failure or half that damage on a success.
Secret Reading (recharge 6). The Raven of Secrets forces a creature within 30 feet of itself to have visions of its deepest secrets being revealed. The target creature must make a DC 10 Charisma saving throw; on a failure, the creature takes 2 (1d4) Psychic damage and becomes Frightened until the start of its next turn. On a success, the creature takes half the damage and doesn't suffer the condition.

Collective. The Flock of Ravens of Secrets can enter and leave the space of a creature that is the same size or smaller than itself; the space within the Collective is considered difficult terrain, and the Collective has advantage on attack rolls against creatures within it.
Split. The Flock of Ravens of Secrets can split into two Flocks one size category smaller using a bonus action, losing half its maximum and current hit points in the process, and Beak attacks have their damage dice decreased by one category. A Flock of Ravens of Secrets can merge with another of the same size using a bonus action, adding their maximum hit points together and increasing the damage dice of Beak attacks by one category. A Flock of Ravens of Secrets can't be smaller than Small. A Small Flock splits into 1d4 Ravens of Secrets.
