Part 4 · Monsters & Creatures
Sparklefly
“Hope is a delicate thing that flies ever higher and must not be caged.” – Lunari Priestess
Glimmerflies are small creatures touched by the celestial energy of Targon, commonly found in “clouds” — groups of these creatures of various sizes acting together. Some firmly believe that the celestial energy of these particular beasts is directly linked to the aspect of dusk.

Celestial Glow. The Cloud of Glimmerflies emits light from its body, generating bright light in a 5-foot radius and dim light in an additional 10-foot radius.
Collective. The Cloud of Glimmerflies can enter and leave the space of a creature that is the same size or smaller than itself; the space within the Collective is considered difficult terrain, and the Collective has advantage on attack rolls against creatures within it.
Split. The Cloud of Glimmerflies can split into two Clouds of Glimmerflies one size category smaller using a bonus action, losing half its maximum and current hit points in the process, and its Bright Beam has its damage die decreased by one category. A Cloud of Glimmerflies can merge with another of the same size using a bonus action, adding their maximum hit points together and increasing its damage dice by one category. A Cloud of Glimmerflies can't be smaller than Tiny. A Tiny Cloud splits into 1d4 Glimmerflies.
