Standing Leap. The Frog's long jump is up to 20 feet, and its high jump is up to 10 feet, with or without a running start.

Split. The Frog Swarm can split into two Frog Swarms of 1 smaller size category using a bonus action, losing half its maximum and current hit points in the process, and its Bite and Tongue attacks have their damage dice decreased by one category. A Frog Swarm can merge with another of the same size using a bonus action, adding their maximum hit points together and increasing its damage dice by one category. A Frog Swarm can't be smaller than Tiny. A Tiny Frog Swarm splits into 1d4 Frogs.
