Plucky Poro

The Plucky Poro is a special individual among Poros. This tiny Demacian, who wears a helmet and a “sword” sized just for him, has a true warrior spirit, almost always accompanying Vanguard soldiers as a valued mascot — or, dare I say, comrade.

Characteristics
Everyone's Love. Whenever the Plucky Poro is targeted by an attack, that attack has a 50% chance of missing.
Clumsy. The Plucky Poro has disadvantage on ability checks that require dexterity or precision, such as acrobatics, lockpicking, or ranged attacks; on a failure, the result is always a critical failure.
Fearless. The Plucky Poro has advantage on checks and saving throws made to resist the Frightened condition.

Tiny Sword. Melee Weapon Attack, +3 to hit, 5 ft. reach, one target. On a hit, deals 2 (1d3+1) Slashing damage or 2 (1d2+1) Piercing damage.
Harmless Bite. Melee Natural Weapon Attack, -2 to hit, 5 ft. reach, one target. On a hit, deals 0 (3d2-4) Piercing damage.
