Transfer Essence

This magic was developed by the Vesani in partnership with the Helians. With it, it is possible to transfer an essence that has been captured (or made) to a receptacle prepared to receive such an essence.

The most common way to use this spell is to create Sunstones from a living library. For this it is necessary to craft a Sunstone. The value and transferability are based on the spell’s casting level as per the Essence Transfer table.

It is also possible to transfer an essence to a specific vessel, creating a Golem. For crafting a golem the rules can be found in Transferring Essences.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using mana points equal to a spell of 6th level or higher, you are able to transfer more complex essences or create more powerful Golems as per the Essence and Golem tables.
