Strident Palm

You focus thunderous energy into your hand, touching a target upon which that energy is released. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, it takes 5d10 thunder damage, or only half as much on a success.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell by spending Mana points equal to a 4th-level spell or higher, the thunder damage increases by 1d10 for each spell level above 3rd. When cast as a 4th-level spell, it can be cast as part of a melee attack. When cast as a 5th-level spell or higher, the damage becomes vibrational. When cast as a 7th-level spell or higher, the damage becomes disruptive.
