Storm Devourer

When you take lightning or plasma damage, you can convert it into temporary hit points that last for the duration of the spell. In addition, for the duration of the spell, whenever you deal lightning or plasma damage with a spell, you can spend these temporary hit points, adding them to the damage dealt. When the spell ends, any temporary hit points you have from it dissipate.

While you have temporary hit points from this spell, your speed increases by 15 feet.
