Through the manipulation of air, you’re able to cause a momentary thermal shock in a creature you can see within range of the spell. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the target takes 1d6 cold damage and has disadvantage on its next attack.

This spell’s damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6). Upon reaching 11th level, the damage becomes glacial.
