You must make a ranged spell attack against a target you can see within range of the spell; this attack ignores any type of cover. On a hit, the creature takes 10d10 incisive damage and gains the Bleeding condition, taking 3d6 damage per turn.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell by spending Mana points equal to an 8th-level spell or higher, the incisive damage increases by 2d10 for each spell level above 7th.
