You create the image of an object, creature, or some visual phenomenon that is no larger than a 20-foot cube. The image appears at a location you can see within range of the spell and lasts for the duration. Its appearance is realistic, including sounds, smells, and temperature appropriate to the thing depicted. It can’t create enough heat or cold to cause damage, a sound loud enough to deal thunder damage or deafen a creature, or an odor pungent enough to sicken a creature (such as a troll’s stench).

While you’re within range of the illusion, you can use your action to make the image move to any other location within range of the spell. As the image changes location, you can alter its appearance so that its movements appear natural. For example, if you create the image of a creature and move it, you can change the image so that it appears to be walking. Similarly, you can make the illusion emit different sounds at different times, even allowing it to take part in a conversation, for example.

Physical interaction with the image reveals that it’s an illusion, since objects can pass through it. If a creature uses an action to examine the image, it can determine that it’s an illusion with a successful Investigation check against the DC to avoid your spell. If a creature discerns the illusion for what it is, it becomes possible to see through the image, and any sound it makes becomes muffled to that creature.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell by spending Mana points equal to a 6th-level spell or higher, its duration becomes until dispelled, no longer requiring concentration.
