This spell is only accessible to Arcanes of the Luminescent Glyph who reach 20th level.
An extremely powerful luminous charge fires from you in a 300-foot-long, 5-foot-wide line in a direction of your choice. Each creature in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, the creature takes 14d6 damage according to its Illuminated Path. On a success, it takes half the damage. Each creature that fails the saving throw must then succeed on a Constitution saving throw or become permanently Blinded.
