You project a freezing breeze in a 15-foot-wide, 30-foot-tall, 120-foot-long line in a direction of your choice. For the duration of the spell, any creature that starts its turn or enters the area must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the creature takes 8d6 glacial damage and its speed is reduced by 10 feet until the end of its next turn. If it fails the saving throw again, its speed is reduced by another 10 feet and the duration is renewed.
The breeze disperses any gas, vapor, or cloud and automatically extinguishes any fire source in the area. You can change the direction of the breeze with a bonus action.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell by spending Mana points equal to an 8th-level spell or higher, the glacial damage increases by 2d6 for each spell level above 7th.
