You can create or destroy water.

Create Water. You create up to 38 liters of clean water within range of the spell in an open container. Alternatively, the water falls as rain in a 30-foot cube within range of the spell, extinguishing exposed flames in that area. Destroy Water. You destroy up to 38 liters of water in an open container within range of the spell. Alternatively, you destroy fog in a 30-foot cube within range of the spell.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell by spending Mana points equal to a 2nd-level spell or higher, you create or destroy an additional 38 liters of water, or the cube’s size increases by 5 feet for each level above 1st.
