Burning Dust

Making a ranged spell attack, you conjure a painful, burning dust at a target within range. On a hit, the target takes 2d10 fire damage, plus another 1d6 fire damage at the start of its next turn.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell by spending Mana points equal to a 2nd-level spell or higher, the first instance of damage increases by 1d10 and the second by 1d6 for each level above 1st. When cast as a 5th-level spell or higher, the fire damage becomes incinerating.
