You can force a medium or heavy armor made of metal to implode or explode from its metal parts, dealing crushing, lacerating, or incisive damage to a target, your choice. If the armor is magical, it can only warp during an implosion but doesn’t break, returning to its original shape after 1 round and becoming immune to this spell for the next 24 hours.

When the armor implodes, the creature wearing it must make a Strength saving throw. On a failure, the creature takes 8d10 damage. On a success, the creature takes only half the damage.

When the armor explodes, all creatures within a 20-foot radius of the exploded armor must make a Dexterity saving throw; the creature wearing the armor doesn’t need to make this saving throw. On a failure, an affected creature takes 8d6 damage, or only half that on a success.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell by spending Mana points equal to a 6th-level spell or higher, the damage increases by 1 die for each spell level above 5th.
