Arctic Manifestation

Extending your arms, you manifest an immense Arctic force that spreads violently, stripping away all heat in the area. All heat in a 120-foot sphere within range of the spell begins to drain away. Creatures in that area must make a Constitution saving throw each turn they’re in the spell’s area; on a failure, they take 10d10 glacial damage, or half as much on a success.

On each turn a creature fails the saving throw, it loses 5 feet of movement speed. A creature that loses all of its movement speed this way begins suffering the effects of Complete Freezing from True Ice.

When the spell ends, or when concentration is broken, creatures in the area must make another Constitution saving throw; on a failure, they take 2d6 disruptive damage for each round the spell was active. On a success, they take only half the damage. The area becomes icy for a number of days equal to 1d4 times the number of rounds the spell was active.
