- The creature becomes immune to debilitating effects and doesn’t need to breathe;
- The creature’s AC gains a bonus equal to half the caster’s proficiency bonus;
- The creature is under the effect of the true sight spell;
- Immunity to True Ice effects;
- The creature’s melee attacks deal an additional 3d6 glacial damage;
- Critical melee hits inflict 1 Freezing marker.
- The creature can use one of its attacks to fire a ray through the central eye, making a ranged attack roll with a range of 60 feet that deals 4d6 glacial damage (critical 19 x3).
When the spell ends, or when concentration is broken, the creature gains 2 points of exhaustion and regains 4d6 hit points.
